The EMT Version 3.1 has been published by FinDatEx. The template can be downloaded here.
“The FinDatEx platform makes available for public use an interim version 3.1 of the EMT. The purpose of this interim version is to answer the demand of product distributors and manufacturers to cope with the basic implementation of MiFID II ESG/SFDR principles, and in view of the misaligned application dates of SFDR Level 1, SFDR RTS and MiFID II delegated acts. EMT V3.0 and V3.1 cannot be merged but will coexist until FinDatEx will be able to produce a new version of the EMT based on relevant legislation. The changes in comparison to V3.0 affect data fields 56 (05105) and 95-98 (09000, 09010, 09020, 09030, 10020). Any question regarding these data fields should be directed at [email protected] Other data fields have not been changed.” – FinDatEx
